If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

  • Products must include all manuals, accessories, and documentation provided.

Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially calibrated items are not eligible for return unless defective.


⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses or digital downloads

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Products with broken warranty seals

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase


📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email at return@jansencalibration.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the shipping label.

  4. Ship the item back to the return address we provide.

Returns without an RMA number may be rejected or delayed.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • In cases of incorrect or defective items, we will refund both the product cost and shipping fees.


🔄 Product Exchanges

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.


🌐 International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

  • Please mark the shipment as “Return – No Commercial Value” to avoid import duties on our side.
