1. General
We ship calibration instruments, test equipment, and measurement tools locally and internationally. Orders are processed with careful packaging and required shipping documentation to ensure safe delivery.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship to most countries in Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America, Africa, and Oceania. We do not ship to countries under international trade sanctions or embargoes.
3. Order Processing
Order verification and processing time: 1–2 business days. If calibration or extra testing is requested, add 2–5 business days to processing time before dispatch.

5. Couriers & Freight
We use DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Aramex, and approved local freight forwarders. Customers may request shipping on their own courier account for billing and customs purposes.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in product prices. We provide commercial invoices and packing lists to support customs clearance.
7. Insurance & Risk
Basic transit insurance is included. Full-value insurance can be arranged at additional cost before shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, force majeure events, or incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
8. Tracking
A tracking number and courier link are emailed once your order ships. For large freight shipments, tracking details may be provided manually by our logistics team.
9. Packaging
All items are packed using anti-static and shock-absorbing materials, sealed in reinforced cartons, and labeled for fragile or precision equipment. Shipments with batteries or regulated goods follow IATA and IMDG rules.
10. Delivery Problems & Claims
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, check the courier tracking first and then contact us at logistic@jansencalibration.com. Claims for lost or damaged parcels must be reported within seven business days of the delivery date.
11. Regional Notes
Indonesia & Singapore: Free standard delivery for eligible orders. COD available for Jakarta area only.
United States: Shipped via DHL or FedEx International Priority; customer pays duties and taxes.
Middle East: Shipped via Aramex or DHL; local import approval may be required for certain devices.
Europe: VAT exemption for B2B customers with valid EU VAT number; CE / RoHS documentation included as required.
